Personal Care Worker - Home and Community Enjoy a fulfilling, flexible personal care role supporting our Home and Community team across the Western Region. You'll be part of a passionate team committed to delivering high standards and quality care to the community, working up to 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday. About The Role Our Personal Care Workers provide assistance to our Home Care clients, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their health, happiness, independence, interests and choices. These include: Personal care including personal hygiene, grooming and showering Assistance to continue to live well and positively (e.g. transport to appointments, help at home) Engaging in social activities as required About the benefits $15,900 Salary packaging + $2,650 meal & entertainment allowance Excellent work-life balance.
