About the Role As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you'll work along-side the CEO to drive our marketing strategy and turn it into powerful, consistent execution. You will get to work with established sales people and bring on new team members to help you achieve the results for your department. You'll own the marketing calendar, craft campaigns that drive growth, and ensure both brands show up with clarity, authority, and emotional pull while sticking to the company mantra of “Affordable Dreams for Far North Queenslander's.” This role matters because awareness fuels trust — and trust fuels our ability to guide more clients on life-changing property journeys. What You'll Do Drive and manage the end-to-end marketing calendar for 3 brands. Execute campaigns that directly support client acquisition and brand expansion. Collaborate with leadership, sales, and creativity to ensure message consistency. Oversee content production across social, email, video, and paid media. Track performance, optimise results, and ensure every action supports measurable growth. Strengthen brand equity and ensure brand voice, visuals, and messaging remain world- class. Manage the sales team to achieve KPI’s that will be linked with your success. Drive sales training and continued improvement to the brand’s offering. Decide on new display homes, designs and to market campaigns. Work collaboratively with the Real Estate team to grow the market share. What You’ll Bring Experience in sales strategy and execution across multiple lead channels. A minimum of 3-4 years of sales management & marketing experience is required for this role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to turn ideas into momentum. A results-driven mindset — you love data, clarity, and continuous improvement. Creative instinct paired with commercial awareness. Confidence working autonomously while collaborating across teams. A genuine passion for brand, storytelling, and growth.
