Join to apply for the IAM Engineer role at Peoplebank . Our client is seeking multiple Identity Engineers to support a range of IAM and PAM initiatives across the organisation. This role sits at the core of the cybersecurity ecosystem and plays a critical part in safeguarding access to the organisation’s most important systems. A key focus will be the onboarding of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and strengthening identity security and governance across all business systems. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, maintain identity and access management solutions spanning Active Directory (AD), Entra ID, Microsoft Entra Connect, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), Microsoft 365, and Okta. Administer, optimise, and enhance existing AD, Entra ID, Entra Connect, and ADFS environments. Support the deployment and integration of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platforms with HR systems, directories, cloud environments, and business applications. Operate, manage, and continuously improve the IGA platform, ensuring efficient end-to-end identity lifecycle processes including onboarding, role transitions, and offboarding. Build and maintain role-, attribute-, and policy-based access models. Automate provisioning and deprovisioning workflows using APIs, SCIM, and connector integrations to streamline identity management processes. About You Demonstrated experience designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM solutions, particularly across AD, Entra ID, and ADFS. Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 identity services and modern cloud-based identity platforms such as Okta. Experience deploying and integrating IGA platforms with complex business ecosystems. Familiarity with automation tools, APIs, and SCIM-based integrations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Desirable Experience Background working in cybersecurity or adjacent disciplines. Knowledge of role-based, attribute-based, or policy-based access control frameworks. Relevant certifications in identity management, cybersecurity, or cloud technologies.
