Head of Product
As the
Head of Product,
you will lead the product strategy and execution for GenAI and play a pivotal role in shaping the success of this strategy and deliverables. You will partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for impactful and cutting-edge GenAI product innovation that will drive exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate with senior leaders and squads to ensure support for the product vision, roadmap, goals, plans and deliverables whilst leading squads to define and plan work, to achieve the prioritised use cases / business outcomes. You will enjoy being a thought leader who is driven to stay across new technologies and market capabilities that will create future opportunities, driving the GenAI strategy forward.
About the role:
Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives and valuesDrive the vision and execution of their product roadmap and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of these initiatives; and support / facilitate conceptual high-level solution design for new use casesDrive engagement and collaboration to build a backlog and prioritise GenAI use cases for experimentation, pilot and scaled deliveryLead the Product development lifecycle including design and prioritisation; build and launch of use cases and drive growth and adoption of use cases across the enterpriseCollaborate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables, and issues as well as to measure and manage stakeholder expectationsDeliver exceptional customer outcomes by keeping at the forefront of the latest market and ecosystem capabilities ensuring a forward-looking strategy for GenAI at NABLead, coach & mentor a team of Product Owners to drive engagement and development
What you'll bring
You will have a successful track record of leading high performing Product teams within Technology Innovation and Data domains in a large complex organisation. You will be passionate about all things GenAI, Digital and Data. You will bring extensive experience in product ownership, including defining product strategies, creating roadmaps, use cases, and driving product development from conception to launch; coupled with this experience you will have:
Broad knowledge and understanding of GenAI capabilitiesAbility to display exceptional leadership to drive the vision of a productExceptional problem-solving skills - a strategic thinker who can creatively identify and address challenges and opportunitiesProven experience in agile ways of working and agile at scale approachDemonstrated ability in leading the delivery of complex programs containing multiple streams, with multiple vendorsExtensive experience and knowledge of structured program and project management methodologies, inclusive of change management and technology deliveryProven analytical skills and evidence-based decision makingExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teamsRelevant tertiary qualification in computer science, data science or related discipline preferred
