why, we are looking for an experienced

Head of Marketing

with a strong background in digital consumer brands, to help lead us into our next phase on this exciting journey. Could this be you?

This role is hands-on and requires a leader who can see the strategic vision and operational upside. You will be comfortable coaching, mentoring, and developing others on what marketing is all about at Gumtree Group. We have a talented team of 3 Marketing Managers to help you get there. The team are not only good people but they are experts within Performance Brand and Marketing.

You will become part of the Chief Product Officer’s leadership team, along with the Head of Design, Head of Product, and Head of Customer Support. You will work closely with the rest of our Senior and Executive Leadership Team.

What you’ll do:

Work closely with your team and the Senior and Executive Leadership team to define our Consumer Marketing strategy, which includes the definition of our Target Audience, Segmentation, Brand Positioning, and Channel mixReinvent our CRM and lifecycle marketing to unleash untapped revenue and vibrancy potentialPartner with internal commercial partners (Director of Advertising and Director of Motors) to drive our B2B and Trade Marketing on a Strategic and BAU levelTogether with our Marketing Managers and agencies, you will realise opportunities to grow our business and brands from a vibrancy and commercial perspectiveWith your eye for detail, uphold our brand creative to the highest design standardsBe accountable for reporting on our Marketing and Brand metricsBuild a high-performing marketing team adhering to the best in class practices and are responsible for hiring, coaching, and development of marketing talent21st May, 2024
