This culminates in conferences, forums and summits that bring together the leading minds in each industry to examine practical case studies and solutions around improving their business and their own skills.Head of MarketingWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our brand, media, data, CRM, and creative initiatives. This pivotal role will drive leads and revenue for Akolade by combining classic brand strategy with a data driven mindset. The ideal candidate will possess hands on knowledge of tools and technology ecosystems that enable consistent lead generation and brand building.Opportunity to lead and shape the marketing strategy of a dynamic organisation.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary guardian and builder of our brand identityLead the development of comprehensive marketing strategies in collaboration with production and sales team.Execute marketing campaigns, including segmentation, testing, tracking, results reporting, analysis, and recommendations. Foster a test-learn-optimize mindset within the organizationCollaborate with the product team to uncover insights and enhance current events while exploring new opportunitiesOversee and nurture the growth of the marketing departmentDevelop resource plans, including the management of the annual marketing budget, projections, and expenditures.Utilize key performance metrics and tracking tools for market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends. Translate results into actionable insights for the marketing team.Conduct regular sessions with managers to review the sales pipeline, address challenges, brainstorm solutions, and provide training to ensure consistent high performanceRequirements and skillsAt least 10 years’ experience in marketing. Successful track record in senior marketing role and campaign creation with brand or leading advertising agencyExcellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsHands on experience with building brand strategyHands-on experience with leading and optimising SEM, email marketing, display and social media content strategyProven ability to plan and manage budgetsStrong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingDegree in marketing or equivalentYour application will include the following questions:
