We have a great opportunity for an experienced Dry Fire Supervisor to join our Sydney Service team. You’ll lead and support testers, technicians and subcontractors delivering preventative and reactive fire maintenance across a range of sites. This role is ideal for someone with proven supervisory experience in the Fire Industry - or for an experienced fire technician looking to step off the tools and take the next step into leadership. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support fire testers, technicians, and subcontractors. Plan, schedule and resolve challenges across jobs and small projects. Assist with quoting and customer invoicing as required. Manage stock requirements and allocate materials for upcoming jobs. Identify training needs and provide coaching and development to field staff. Liaise with Service Coordinators, Managers, and customers to ensure smooth delivery of services. Requirements Must be an Australian Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen with a current NSW Drivers Licence. Electrical trade background with supervisors licence is desirable but not essential. Minimum 5 years of fire industry experience, with either: proven leadership/supervisory experience, or strong technical knowledge of fire systems with readiness to step into leadership. Strong knowledge of Australian Standards relevant to Automatic Fire Detection and Alarm Systems. Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) Prior SimPRO experience highly regarded. As a condition of employment, you must undergo a working with children check, a police check, and a pre-employment medical. What We Offer Competitive salary + weekly pay.
