Business Banking Manager, Brisbane CBD Location: Brisbane CBD, Queensland, Australia NAB is looking for a Business Banking Manager to join a high‑performing team of Business Bankers who are driving real impact for customers—focused, empowered, and committed to keeping things simple. Responsibilities Educate customers about their business options, providing sound advice on growth opportunities and risk. Assess the economic value and risk potential of new business. Identify new referral opportunities. Prepare and submit customer lending proposals. Ensure our customers feel supported and valued. Manage day‑to‑day compliance requirements. Qualifications A hunger to find new opportunities with the goal of building long‑lasting relationships. A genuine passion for customer service. A commitment to strong risk culture, conduct and compliance risk. Excellent communication skills. A curiosity to drive efficiencies and effectiveness across the team, business partners and overall value chain by modelling NAB’s values and behaviours.
