Your new company An Australian family‑owned SME operating in the waste industry for over 25 years is seeking the services of a high‑achieving Sales Representative. Your new role Based at our St Marys depot and working as part of a motivated team, your duties will include: Face‑to‑face selling, proactively developing and nurturing both prospects and existing customers. Building strong relationships to grow revenue whilst utilising sales tools and maintaining the CRM system. Maintaining a strong understanding of product features, licensing requirements, and technical specifications. Contributing to new methods and sales strategies to achieve KPI’s and business objectives, and providing feedback on sales figures and goals to management. Meeting and exceeding sales targets. What you’ll need to succeed Three or more years of experience in sales or customer service (previous B2B sales experience highly regarded). Well‑presented with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong focus on customer service, time management, and attention to detail. Proficiency with technology including Word, Excel, Outlook. Motivation, enthusiasm, and a drive to succeed.
