This position offers an exciting opportunity to optimize system performance, enhance reliability and driving the efficient delivery of secure and innovative IT solutions. This position is integral to ensuring that the workforce is supported by efficient technological systems and maintaining payroll systems that comply with industry regulations. As a hand-on expert, you will collaborate across departments to align technology initiatives with business objectives, ensuring IT strategies effectively support our mission of delivering uninterrupted service. Additionally, you will implement best practices in IT governance, compliance, and operational excellence while managing vendor relationships and adopting innovative solutions to enhance our capabilities. Responsibilities Ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT Systems across the organization. Ensure quick respond to and resolve IT incidents or outages to minimize operational disruptions. Develop and implement IT operational policies and procedures in alignment with best practices. Manage IT budgets, resources, and procurement processes to optimize efficiency. Oversee IT project management, ensuring timely and successful delivery of projects. Ensure adherence to IT security standards and protocols, safeguarding organizational data. Collaborate with various departments to identify technological needs and drive solutions that align with business objectives. Evaluate and optimize existing IT systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. Build and maintain effective vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery and contract fulfillment. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies related to IT operations. Manage and oversee the payroll processing system to ensure timely and accurate payment to employees. Coordinate with the vendor to ensure all employee information is accurately reflected in payroll systems and ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Qualifications Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in IT operations or related roles. Technical Skills Experienced IT Operations Management Proficient IT service Delivery. Skilled in management of SAP ERP Platform. Competent in Microsoft Office 365 Suite. Expertise in IT asset management. Strong budgeting and resource planning skills. Hands-on experience with Cloud transformation projects Knowledge of Cybersecurity principles and risk management Familiar with ITIL Frameworks and best practices Experienced in device management systems. Leadership and Soft Skills Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks.
