The opportunity We’re looking for an experienced Digital Media Manager to lead the strategy, planning, and optimisation of Pet Circle’s paid mid-funnel media channels across social, display, and YouTube . This is a key role in driving customer growth and brand impact through high-performing, data-driven media campaigns. You’ll partner closely with internal creative, analytics, and eCommerce teams, as well as external media partners, to ensure Pet Circle’s media investments deliver measurable business results and brand resonance. What you’ll be doing Develop and execute the digital media strategy across social, display, and YouTube, aligned with brand, acquisition, and retention goals. Manage end-to-end campaign planning, implementation, optimisation, and reporting. Oversee media budgets and forecasts, ensuring efficient allocation across channels. Manage concurrent campaigns against upper, mid and lower funnel objectives, using data to inform creative teams on the best performing creative for each point in the funnel. Build and lead incrementality and GEO hold-out testing, to better understand the impact of media/creative. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop best-in-class digital assets that drive performance and engagement. Leverage audience insights, data, and analytics to inform media targeting, creative testing, and optimisation strategies. Manage relationships with media agencies and platform partners (e.g. Meta,, YouTube, programmatic DSPs). Stay ahead of trends, algorithm updates, and emerging opportunities in digital advertising. Lead the testing roadmap across channels, continuously improving performance through experimentation. Present campaign performance and insights to senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams. The ideal toolbox Data‑savvy, creative, and commercially minded digital marketer who thrives on driving measurable impact. Confident in managing complex campaigns, interpreting performance data, and leading peers toward best‑in‑class execution. 5–7+ years’ experience in digital media management, ideally within eCommerce, retail, or consumer brand environments. Proven expertise across key channels including:Social: Meta, TikTok, Pinterest Display: DV360, programmatic Video: YouTube advertising Strong understanding of media planning, audience segmentation, and attribution modelling. Hands‑on experience with:Google Ads Campaign Manager Meta Ads Manager Relevant analytics and reporting tools Excellent skills in analytics, communication, and project management. Passion for pets and motivation to make a meaningful impact in a fast‑growing, purpose‑driven company. Role location We believe that building connections and collaborating as Pet Circlers is super important. So this role is based in Sydney with a hybrid arrangement of 3 days per week in our pet friendly offices (your pet might love coming to the office even more than you).
