In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support across phone, email, and other communication channels. You will manage new claims, the administration inbox, and makesafe/trade requests while maintaining strong customer relationships. You will also provide feedback to management to help improve our customer service operations and contribute to the smooth running of the office. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow their understanding of the pre-repair and claims workflow. Role: Customer Support Specialist Reporting To: Claims Manager Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service across phone, email, and other channels, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude. Create, triage, and manage new claims, makesafe requests, and trade allocations, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Monitor shared inboxes and portals to action enquiries efficiently and maintain accurate records. Support the smooth running of the office, including guest reception, supplies, deliveries, and general administrative duties. Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and provide insights to management for enhanced customer service operations. Promote and uphold safety and compliance standards. Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to change. Interest in learning about claims, trades, and the pre-repair process.
