About The Role We have a fantastic opportunity now available in our casual pool with occasional shifts available at our Woolgoolga and Coffs Harbour Norco AgriSolutions retail stores. Day‑to‑Day Activities Providing agricultural advisory and sales service to clients. Assisting with inventory management, including ordering, receting, stocktake and dispatch. Merchandising of the store. Processing of sales and generating quotes. Forklift operation. Delivering products to our customers. Why join the team at Norco? Enjoy staff discounts, EAP support and more. What skills and experience do you need to succeed in this role? Drivers licence essential. Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one. HV highly beneficial. Knowledge of farm input industry products and their use, including livestock, pasture and general farming knowledge, highly beneficial. Proven warehousing and retail sales experience in a similar environment. Natural customer relations and communications skills. Ability to work productively in a small team. Experience in inward and outward goods as well as good mathematical skills, being an advantage. Administration and sound computer skills with POS and Microsoft applications. Physically fit to perform manual work and regular heavy lifting. A strong focus on Work Health & Safety. Interested?
