What you'll be doing The Senior Patient Liaison Officer supervises the daily activities of the patient liaison team at Royal North Shore Hospital, ensuring the successful delivery of inpatient support services. The Officer ensures compliance with federal and state regulations and NSLHD policies and procedures. Qualifications & Experience Certificate III in Health Administration or equivalent experience in health administration roles, combined with extensive knowledge of patient financial classifications within eMR and private health insurance requirements, including PBRC. Experience supervising staff to meet organisational targets, managing workloads, scheduling, and leave management. Advanced computer and database skills, including high‑level proficiency with Word, Excel, and hospital billing systems (preferably PBRC).
