This is the ideal that drives Whiz Kidz each and every day. About the position We are looking for a passionate and inspiring Room Leader to lead our Nursery room with up to 12 children a day, in delivering high-quality care and education until the end of the year. As we reconfigure our rooms next year, this role will transition to another age group - so flexibility and adaptability are essential. Our service operates between 6:30am and 6:30pm Monday to Friday, this is a fulltime position working on a rotating roster. The successful candidate will have the ability to develop a strong bond with each family and with other Educators. You will have a strong and inspiring passion for providing a warm, and creative learning environment for our children and making our service the first choice for families in the community. What we are looking for: A passionate and bubbly Diploma qualified Lead Educator, with a confident and motivated personality. Available fulltime (38 hours a week). The service operates from 6.30am to 6.30pm Monday to Friday, you will be on a rotating roster within these hours. Someone who is motivated to constantly become better within themselves, and learn with their team. Someone who is invested in our industry - who will stick around to see children go off and start school, and have their younger siblings attend our services.
