As we expand, we're hiring a driven junior/graduate IT Support Technician to join our tight-knit team. This hands‑on role involves everything from cabling and user setups to network troubleshooting. About the Role Work with senior engineers on troubleshooting, infrastructure projects, and office deployments, while handling daily tasks. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues (with guidance when needed). Configure and deploy workstations, servers, switches, and wireless access points. Get hands‑on with cabling, racking, mounting monitors, access points, cameras, etc. Assist on‑site during new office builds and fit‑outs. Help test and roll out new systems and tools. Start building internal scripts and automation. Signage printing on an as‑needed basis. Jump in wherever needed – no job is too big or too small. What You Bring Recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related field, or 1‑2 years of real‑world IT support/hands‑on experience (helpdesk, internships, freelance, personal projects all count). Foundational knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VLANs, Wi‑Fi, firewalls). Comfortable with Windows and eager to learn Microsoft Azure, Intune, and hybrid/cloud environments (training provided). Physically able to handle on‑site installation work (lifting equipment, ladder work, crawling under desks). Strong problem‑solving attitude, excellent communication, and a genuine willingness to learn. Most importantly: ownership, humility, and a "get it done properly" mindset.
