Our commitment to excellence is reflected in our passion for protecting lives, property, and assets. Key Responsibilities Job Scheduling: Efficiently coordinate and schedule servicing tasks. Invoicing and Quotations: Manage the invoicing process and provide accurate quotations. Customer Interaction: Respond promptly to customer queries via emails and phone calls. Administrative Support: Handle data entry, records management, and the preparation and distribution of reports and correspondence. Objective Quality Evidence: Prepare comprehensive job reports as part of our commitment to quality assurance. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvements and support internal efficiencies. Work Health and Safety (WHS): Assist with WHS documentation and internal safety processes. Social Media and Communications: Support occasional content creation and updates for company platforms. About You We are looking for a candidate who possesses: Strong team spirit and the ability to build lasting customer relationships. Experience in job management and invoicing. Well-organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and confident working with digital platforms. Knowledge of local area (preferred for job scheduling). The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
