Customer Service Officer

We\'re looking for an energetic and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our teamYou\'ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, processing orders, and supporting daily operations. This role suits someone organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in-person, by phone, and via email Process sales orders and handle transactions accurately Support counter sales and maintain stock accuracy Assist with inventory checks and daily operations Use SAP for order and stock management (training provided) Work collaboratively with a supportive team What You\'ll Bring Previous experience in customer service or sales support Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong attention to detail and time management Positive, team-oriented attitude SAP experience is an advantage but not essential Additional Information Please note: only applicants meeting the above criteria will be considered for this role.
