We currently have a vacancy for an Events and Activations Specialist responsible for managing the rolling calendar of Milwaukee Brand Events targeted at the professional trade user. Reporting directly to the Events and Activations Manager, you will also support the development and execution of Milwaukee owned major events, including Conference and PIPELINE Product Showcase. The successful candidate will have high level planning and organisational skills with the ability to work on several competing events simultaneously. Able to problem solve and adapt and operate with a strong sense of urgency. Above all possess a positive 'can do' approach, in line with the values of 'The Milwaukee Way'. Key responsibilities Lead the end -to-end delivery of Milwaukee Brand Events, ensuring we deliver an exceptional brand experience in line with brand guidelines. Support the development and execution of Milwaukee owned major events, Conference and PIPELINE product showcase. Build and manage comprehensive event documentation, ensuring accountability of deadlines and effective communication flow to all internal and external stakeholders. Work with relevant stakeholders to define the purpose, objectives and key outcomes for each event. Commitment to deeply understand the audience, to ensure event experiences are tailored and targeted. Ensure processes and procedures are followed and identify opportunities to 'raise the bar' and optimise efficiencies. Develop risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans to ensure events are delivered seamlessly and to a premium brand standard. Manage event budgets and provide accurate and timely reporting. About You A minimum of 3 years' end to end event management experience. Formal qualifications or degree in event planning - highly desirable. End to End event/ project management experience with a demonstrated track record in successful execution of small to medium events. Exceptional stakeholder management and effective communication skills. Extremely high attention to detail- you will have high standards across every aspect and detail of an event. Ability to stay calm under pressure. Brand Advocate committed to ensuring compliance with our brand guidelines. Experience in managing external vendors and budgets.
