Events, Markets and Activations Team Members needed AMA Connect Sydney NSW Other (Hospitality and Tourism) Casual/Vacation 27 to 37 per hour Casual Event, Market and Activation Staff Wanted AMA Connect Event Management to Join Our Growing Team Are you confident, reliable and love being part of the action? AMA Connect Event Management is seeking enthusiastic casual team members to support our markets, events, festivals, brand activations and community programs across Sydney. Whether you're junior, senior or anywhere in between, if you bring great energy and take pride in how you present yourself and your work, we want to meet you. What You'll Be Doing Depending on the job, you may be supporting us with: Setting up, operating and packing down market stalls, events, activations and branded experiences Greeting attendees, engaging the public and representing brands confidently Assisting vendors, contractors and clients on-site Keeping event areas clean, organised and running smoothly Problem‑solving on the spot and owning your tasks without needing to be chased Maintaining accurate event notes, logs and incident details Being the friendly, professional face of AMA Connect What we’re looking for You'll be a great fit if you have: Confidence, initiative and a professional presentation Pride in your appearance and communication A valid PAID Working with Children Check Reliable transport (Own car required for reliable transport to event locations) Strong punctuality and the ability to follow directions precisely Exceptional attention to detail — you don't cut corners The ability to work independently without supervision Experience in events, markets, hospitality, retail, activations or customer service (bonus, not essential — we train the right people) Australian permanent resident status required for employment What We Offer Competitive hourly rates Flexible casual shifts across Sydney Typical shift duration of 4-6 hours per event Fun, active, fast‑paced work (no two events are the same) Opportunities to grow into senior, supervisory or specialised activation roles Supportive training and development A chance to work with exciting brands, markets and community programs About AMA Connect AMA Connect Event Management is a Sydney-based events and activations company delivering high-quality, engaging experiences across the marketing, communications and community sectors.
