Role Description The successful Business Relations Manager (BRM) is a friendly people‑person who will: demonstrate LMATS values (see our website) understand and implement LMATS strategic plans foster excellent client relationships understand all aspects of the business so you can find up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities identify new growth opportunities keep up to date with industry and market trends collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction undertake contract reviews support marketing initiatives meet KPIs, including branch sales targets and weekly in‑person client meetings follow instructions from the branch manager, national strategy and growth manager and directors contact leads by phone, email, and via industry events Location & Schedule Full‑time, on‑site role based in Williamstown, VIC, requiring regular travel within Victoria. Qualifications & Skills Demonstrate energy, optimism and humility in dealing with clients and opportunities Top writing, speaking and communication skills Great relationship builder Self‑motivated Problem‑solver Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment Familiar with NDT, materials testing and inspection market Ideally 4-6 years’ experience of client relationship experience in engineering field or similar Proficient with IT and cloud‑based software Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is a plus Employment Details Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level   Employment type: Full‑time   Job function: Sales and Business Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
