We have the daily pleasure of working with some of the most inspiring, energetic and creative people in the biz, so work is never boring YOU ARE: A publicist with plenty of confidence, creativity and drive with experience in a similar role Genuinely interested in the arts. We love coming to work every day, and you should too ABOUT THE ROLE: Working closely with the company director, your role will involve managing the day to day publicity activity for a selection of the consultancy’s clients. You will work on a broad range of projects, from major performing arts organisations and theatres to performance venues, galleries, concerts and festivals. Your days will consist of things like brainstorming story ideas, writing press releases, pitching to media, organising junkets and photo shoots, and of course heading along to plenty of premieres and opening nights. Kabuku is a leading arts and entertainment agency. We work with a broad range of clients and partner with some of Australia’s most high profile performing arts companies, arts venues, international artists, government organisations and independent arts and cultural organisations. We operate a four-day work week, and are located in a boutique office space in Ultimo, close to the CBD and transport.
