Senior Project Engineers We are currently seeking experienced Senior Project Engineers from a civil construction background to join our company to assist on a pipeline of projects in the Pilbara region of Western Australia. You will play a key role in the success of our projects by conducting technical discussion, long-term planning, budgeting, and finances, and liaising with the senior representatives of our clients. Main duties will include Liaise with clients on tender queries, and design, construction and contract issues, Liaise and brief subcontractors on construction plans and delegate responsibilities, Review tender documents and preliminary designs for alternative solutions, Prepare cash flow budgets, costs and reconciliations, Proactively provide input in support in the maintenance of a safe workplace, Manage information and conduct appropriate monitoring and reporting duties. Position requirements Preferably a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar site-based role with experience in delivery of earthworks projects, Tertiary Qualifications in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar field, Ability to read and understand drawings and specifications, Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, and a genuine concern for health, safety and the environment, Developed analytical and problem-solving skills while adhering to deadlines, Team player mindset with the ability to develop strong internal and external relationships, Competent in the use of planning software such as MS Project, P6 and Pronto.
