We are seeking an experienced Supervisor in Residential Construction to join the team at Mills Group WA. This is a full‑time role based in Perth, WA. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed to the highest standards and within set timelines and budgets. What you'll be doing Coordinating and supervising construction teams on‑site, delegating tasks and monitoring progress Ensuring all work adheres to relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocols Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets Identifying and addressing any potential risks or problems that may arise during the construction process Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the duration of each project What we're looking for Experience (1+ years) as a Supervisor or Foreperson in the residential construction industry Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects from start to finish Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a variety of stakeholders Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to think strategically Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, specifications, and blueprints Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations Tech‑savvy: Proficient in using software to create detailed site lists and coordinate works Organised & Self‑motivated: Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment Certification or qualifications in construction management or a related field would be highly advantageous What we offer Generous Salary & Benefits: Competitive salary package, including superannuation and a company vehicle Career Growth: Take your career to the next level with ample training and professional development opportunities Diverse Projects: Gain exposure to a variety of exciting projects that will enhance your skills and experience Established & Quality‑Focused Company: Work with a respected company that prioritises excellence in every aspect of construction Flexible work arrangements to support work‑life balance About us Mills Group WA is a leading construction company specialising in residential projects.
