Program Manager Orana Support Service is recruiting a Program Manager for their new program, Safer Pathways Support – Local Support Services. About the Service The Local Support Service (LSS) provides support to all male victim survivors of domestic and family violence aged 16 years and over, including those determined to be ‘at Threat’ and ‘at Serious Threat’, who require support through Safer Pathway. Service areas include Dubbo, Tamworth and Armidale. Details Full Time, 38 hour week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm.Based in Dubbo however some transport will be required across service areas. Roles and Responsibilities Receive and review of referrals Initial contact and case coordination Case management Representation at Safety Action Meetings (SAMs) and adhering to requirements Record keeping and reporting Overseeing of team Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key Safer Pathway partners Criteria Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field (e.g. Social Work) or significant relevant experience in the community service sector Minimum 2 years experience in leadership/management role Ability to work collaboratively within a team Strong understanding of trauma informed work with victim survivors of domestic family violence Demonstrated experience showing client focused case management including case plans, risk assessments, referral and advocacy Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds High level of computer literacyExcellent organizational skills Current WWCC and Police Check For further information contact our office on or visit us at 9-11 White Street Dubbo. #J-18808-Ljbffr
