The Talent Acquisition team is a core business function responsible for recruiting for various frontline, operational and support roles across all of our Australian and New Zealand locations. About Your New Role As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll play a part in the hiring process of great people who can become productive quickly and are committed to developing a career with Credit Corp. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding candidate management and build their desire to join us. Conduct pre‑employment checks such as national police checks, reference checks and validate candidates’ working rights. Keep thorough records and update the applicant management system daily. Build & maintain strong stakeholder relationships and influence when necessary. Make verbal & written job offers. Onboard new starters and manage various parts of the onboarding life cycle. Sourcing candidates from the external market for various support roles and positions. Administration and reporting tasks. Monthly compliance and data auditing reporting. Manage the end‑to‑end internal recruitment process. Key Requirements 2+ years of experience in a hands‑on Talent Acquisition role. Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced and changing environment. Ability to build effective working relationships in a professional manner. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proven planning and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with the broader HR team. Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and act with discretion. Proficiency with learning new systems and using multiple programs. Ability to adopt a hands‑on approach to problem solving, juggle multiple tasks and work autonomously. Lateral and critical thinking skills. Strong time‑management skills.
