Overview Veterinary Director - Greencross Pakenham We’re seeking a dedicated clinical leader to join Greencross Vets in Pakenham. Greencross Vets offers a rare opportunity to share in the profits at a clinic with a stable team and strong client demand. Whether you are an experienced leader or aiming to step into your first leadership role, our team will support your success. The clinic is centrally located on the main street of Pakenham, about 40 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD. After recent renovations, the clinic is fresh and modern. You’ll work closely with our dedicated Practice Manager and lead a team of 7 experienced nurses and an associate veterinarian, with additional support from our Area Manager and Regional Clinical Director. We strive to create a workplace where people enjoy coming to work, balancing professionalism with a warm, friendly atmosphere. Greencross offers visa sponsorship and relocation support for international vets to help you settle in Australia. Responsibilities About you: Have a solid GP skill set including routine surgical skills and excellent clinical knowledge Enjoy mentoring and supporting others Enjoy treating a varied caseload, including dermatology Thrive in a collaborative environment and lead by example Be passionate about clinical excellence and building lasting client relationships What We Are Offering You A growth-focused environment where your professional development is our priority.
