Overview Veterinary Director - Greencross Narre Warren We are seeking a dynamic Veterinary Director to lead our clinic with vision, compassion, and a commitment to high-quality care. Our clinic is equipped with cutting-edge technology to provide comprehensive and advanced medical services to our patients. You’ll be joining a team of 5 veterinarians and 7 dedicated nurses in a friendly, relaxed setting where collaboration and a good sense of humour are part of daily life. As a busy practice, your days will be filled with a diverse mix of consults and surgeries, offering variety, challenge, and the opportunity to grow your clinical expertise. Why join us? Regional Relocation Allowance may be available for the ideal candidate Responsibilities Lead and manage the veterinary team while fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. Provide high-quality care to patients, ensuring their well-being and comfort. Encourage open communication and share ideas among all team members; collaborate to continuously enhance services and client experience. Actively participate in the development and implementation of clinic protocols and procedures. Remain engaged in ongoing professional development and mentorship for team members as needed. Qualifications Veterinary Science degree from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards’ Council (AVBC) and/or completed NAVLE, AVE or equivalent examinations. At least 4 years of practical experience.
