Veterinary Director - Greencross Narre Warren We’re searching for a dynamic Veterinary Director to lead our clinic with vision, compassion, and a commitment to high‑quality care. You’ll join a team of 5 veterinarians and 7 nurses in a friendly, relaxed setting where collaboration and a good sense of humour are part of daily life. Your days will be filled with a diverse mix of consults and surgeries , offering variety, challenge, and the opportunity to grow your clinical expertise. Job Description As the Veterinary Director, your key responsibilities will include leading and managing the veterinary team, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture, ensuring high‑quality care to patients, encouraging open communication, and collaborating to continuously enhance services and client experience. You will also develop and implement clinic protocols and procedures. Qualifications • Minimum 4 years of practical veterinary experience. • Hold a Veterinary Science qualification from a university accredited by the Australasian Veterinary Boards’ Council, or have completed NAVLE, AVE or comparable examinations.
