Finance Business Partner – Smiggle
to join our growing Finance team. Supporting the Finance Manager – Smiggle, this role will deliver reporting and strong financial analysis and advice to the Smiggle brand within the Just Group.Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:Review Brand P&L against projection and budget and correlate back to the brand’s activities for the monthPrepare summaries of brand results for distribution to managementPrepare and/or review monthly management reports for key cost centresReview cost centre reports to ensure accuracy of and integrity of journals/accounting treatment of transactionsAdvise cost centre owners in regards to cost management opportunities and other financial/commercial mattersReview overall brand P&L budgets to ensure accurate and consistent with plans/brand strategiesAssist with preparation of budgets/projectionsPrepare and review seasonal and annual projections to ensure accuracy and integrityReview and improve efficiency of current weekly KPI reporting and month end reporting processesAbout YouTo be considered for this role you will have:Tertiary educated and CA/CPA qualified (or studying towards qualification)3+ years’ work experience, Retail experience an advantage but not essentialAnalytically focused with the ability to methodically work through commercial business challenges and opportunitiesAbility to interpret and communicate complex financial information to a broad range of financial and non-financial stakeholdersStrong Excel skills, with TM1 experience an advantageThrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working collaboratively within a teamWhat We Can Offer YouGenerous discount to be used across all of our 7 brands, and access to our sample sales across all brandsCentral office location based on St Kilda Rd, with direct access to the picturesque Fawkner ParkDevelopment opportunities to support your ongoing growth and developmentExperience working for an international company with 7 iconic Australian brandsAbove all, we are looking for someone who is keen to learn with an engaged and collaborative finance team.
