About the role This is an amazing opportunity if you are looking for the next step in your full-time hands‑on leadership position and will see you working with a dedicated team caring for high‑profile green spaces across Sydney’s West and South West. What you’ll do Lead mentor and train the team to enhance their skills and safety practices Work hands‑on with the team Oversee completed work to ensure high standards are maintained Maintain tools, machinery and vehicles and organise repairs Report progress, issues and requirements to management Oversee pest and disease identification and treatment Promote a culture of safety Benefits Fully maintained vehicle, work laptop and phone Uniform and PPE provided Growing company with career advancement opportunities Thrive in a supportive management team and fantastic team culture Participate in ongoing safety training About You You will be a mature and reliable people manager with high attention to detail who strives to exceed client expectations, enjoys being hands‑on with your team and passing on your extensive knowledge and experience to junior team members.
