About the Role As the HSE Advisor, you’ll provide practical advice, guidance, and support to managers and employees to ensure compliance with WHSE legislation and Coal Services’ Safety Management System. You’ll play a key role in : Supporting WHSE committees and assisting business units to manage risks and hazards. Assuring compliance with WHSE legislation and related guidelines Investigating incidents and recommending corrective actions. Monitoring and auditing WHSE compliance and supporting continuous improvement. Assisting with the development and review of safety training and WHSE course materials. Supporting the WHSE Manager with safety projects, reporting, and system updates. About you : Workplace HSE Management qualifications (Cert IV min) Proven experience as WHSE Advisor or similar roles. WHSE training experience Strong analytical and reporting capability, with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. NSW Drivers Licence Experience working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPP) and databases #J-18808-Ljbffr
