We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Coordinator to join our team. Reporting to the Health, Safety, and Training (HST) Manager, this permanent, full‑time role will support the implementation and management of Health and Safety systems, procedures, and policies, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements. The position offers a competitive remuneration package, including performance‑based bonuses and opportunities for professional development. In this role you will be responsible for: Develop, implement, and maintain Health and Safety systems to meet legal and company standards. Provide training and maintain accurate records of incidents, accident investigations and other legally required Health & Safety documentation. Provide advice and support in the implementation of Health and Safety systems, procedures and policies, including incident investigation and risk management. Ensure all employees have adequate skills and knowledge regarding safe systems of work, policies and procedures to enable them to carry out their work in a safe, accident‑free environment. Develop and implement health and safety initiatives across the site to continuously improve health and safety processes and performance. Develop and implement Emergency Response and Crisis Management Plans and oversee training and preparedness for the Emergency Response Team. About you: At least three years’ experience in a similar role. Tertiary qualifications in Workplace Health and Safety or equivalent. Demonstrated experience conducting incident investigations. Thorough knowledge and understanding of NSW WHS legislation. A high regard for your personal safety and the safety of your teammates. Ability to follow a plan and resilience to adapt to a constantly changing environment. Positive attitude, reliability and commitment to working proactively. Team‑player with a high level of safety awareness and a willingness to contribute to a winning team. What we offer: Highly competitive salary package including annual performance bonus.
