Responsibilities Develop creative concepts and execute high-quality designs for branding, marketing materials, and campaigns. Work across a variety of mediums, including print (brochures, signage, and stationery) and digital (social media, web graphics, and email templates). Collaborate with the team to develop exciting brand solutions and bring fresh perspectives to client projects. Design and build beautiful and functional websites. Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices to ensure our work remains innovative and relevant. Role Requirements 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a studio or agency environment. Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with ability to take on and apply constructive feedback and discuss designs with clients directly. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Experience working with Squarespace website builder. Proficient in large document set-up and design (such as Annual Reports, Capabilities etc). Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to deliver polished, professional designs. Desirable Skills (not essential) Experience building and designing websites in WordPress. Photography / Videography experience. Basic understanding of SEO, social media platform operation & email marketing platforms such as MailerLite and / or Mailchimp.
