RN needed in a Melbourne CBD GP clinic, 3 days/week. The successful candidate must be available to work 3 days/week as specified for this position. Current AHPRA registration is essential for this role. The role is to join the team of three Registered Nurses. Two are working 5 days/week and one is working two days/week. The role is to complete the three remaining days. The nursing team works alongside General Practitioners to help patients in their health journey. Working in Melbourne CBD, around Doctors with a wide range of interests, you will see patients requiring wound care, immunisations, ECGs, iron infusions. You will be required to assist with minor procedures, do some chronic disease management, assist with health checks. Some of the services provided are also spirometry, ear syringing and much more. Applicants must have a minimum of 1-2 years of GP clinic experience. Immunisation certification must be obtained within 3 months of commencement. You will also be working around Allied Health Practitioners (Physio, Psychologist, Podiatrist, Exercise Physiologist, Myotherapist and Remedial Massage Therapist) and Specialists. This environment offers a very supportive team of health practitioner to support your patient.
