Seasoned sales professional with expert knowledge of the Digital landscape needed to join a thriving agency. Experience within a digital agency and selling SEO, Paid Media, Website and Content services. Uncapped commission structure on new business wins and client referrals. Agency based in Penrith. Salary range: A$140k – A$180k per year, plus uncapped commission. Key Responsibilities Efficiently manage and convert inbound leads into long‑term clients, presenting tailored solutions and articulating the value of services. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in line with company growth targets, focusing on key markets and industries. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction. Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies, working closely with the Chief Sales Officer and other senior leaders to align on goals and objectives. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Qualifications & Experience Mid‑senior level experience in business development and sales within a digital agency. Demonstrated success in closing deals and consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Deep understanding of digital marketing, advertising, and technology trends. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently and persuasively to senior stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport, trust, and influence at all levels.
