We’re now seeking a sharp, driven Bid Coordinator to help us win the work that fuels our growth. This is more than a coordination role; it’s your opportunity to shape how our group is represented in the market. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, content, and execution, directly influencing our ability to win landmark projects across Australia and beyond. What You’ll Be Doing Production and delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within client-defined timeframes Coordinate proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, solutioning, marketing, finance, commercial, legal and project delivery Populate response schedules with key information Tailor case studies, CVs and project data sheets to respond to each project Champion collaboration tools, document management and version control best practices Coordinate internal strategy meetings, follow‑ups and inputs to meet deadlines Ensure proposal documents follow corporate branding guidelines, standard formatting and quality standards Provide advice on flow, language and grammar to content owners Consolidate sections and/or documents developed by other team members into the required tender format Quality‑control submissions to ensure accuracy, compliance, consistency and alignment with Versatile’s brand Keep the content library current and updated with CVs, templates, project imagery and reusable content for efficient and high‑quality bid production Why This Role Matters You’ll report directly to the Head of Corporate Affairs and Marketing and work alongside senior leaders across the group. You’ll also occasionally support our international operations. This is a high‑visibility role with genuine impact and opportunity for long‑term growth within the group.
