Working Hours: 10 hours per day, Monday to Friday Job Duration: 6 months (with possible extension) Start Date - January 2026 Responsibilities Hydrostatic Testing Set up and operate hydrostatic testing pumps, manifolds, hoses, gauges, and data loggers. Conduct hydrostatic testing of piping, spools, and pressure vessels in accordance with ASME/API/Company procedures. Monitor and record test pressures, hold times, temperature, and results. Identify, troubleshoot, and report leaks or non-conformances. Ensure safe depressurisation and disposal of test medium (water/glycol mix as applicable). Flange Management Execute flange joint break-in and reassembly works as per company flange management procedure. Use calibrated torque/tensioning tools for controlled bolt tightening. Verify flange face condition and cleanliness prior to reassembly. Assist in flange leak testing and integrity verification. General Technical Duties Support mechanical activities such as spool installation, line isolation, pressure relief device reinstatement, and valve fit-up. Assist with hot bolting, machining interface, or on-site mechanical modifications where required. Carry out pre-start checks on tools and equipment, reporting any faults immediately. Perform housekeeping of work areas and ensure safe storage of tools/equipment. Qualifications Proficient in hydro testing, flange management, and mechanical tools. Trained in torque/tensioning equipment and test pump operation. Familiar with ASME PCC-1, ASME B31.3, and refinery hydro test standards. Ability to interpret P&IDs, isometrics, and test packages. Strong troubleshooting skills under pressure. Good communication skills with supervisors and team members. Be careful - Don’t provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
