This role is a true career building opportunity where you can gain hands-on people experience, visiting sites throughout NSW (Sydney Metropolitan, Greater Western Sydney and Central Coast regions), QLD (South East Queensland), WA (Perth Metro and Clackline), Victoria (Melbourne, Baccus Marsh and Scoresby) and South Australia (Adelaide). What does a typical day look like? Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, Operations, you’ll be in Rhodes a few days a week and then literally on the road: Partnering with senior leaders to develop consistent organisational structures that give teams and individuals role clarity and build capability for future growth. Managing investigations into workplace matters. Coaching, advising, and supporting leaders to increase people management capability and ensure ongoing compliance with regulatory frameworks. What are our top ‘must haves’ in terms of experience? At a minimum, we require: Hands on operational HR experience ensuring compliance with employment regulations. Recruitment, training, performance management and remuneration expertise. A calming approach to balancing multiple priorities. Exposure to multi-site retail or services businesses. Why Join InvoCare?
