As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) you will lead the full spectrum of HR activities across Australia, act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leaders, and you’ll shape and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives, foster a high‑performance culture, and enable our people to thrive. Select responsibilities include: Partner with the Country Leadership Team to deliver strategic HR guidance and implement global initiatives tailored to local needs. Lead talent and performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programmes. Oversee end‑to‑end talent acquisition, employee engagement, and the full employee life cycle. Manage HRIS data integrity, reporting, and analytics to support data‑driven decisions. Ensure compliance with Australian employment laws and internal HR policies. What's in it for you? Great Sydney CBD location and office but open to Melbourne, Canberra, Brisbane or Adelaide. Who are we looking for? University Degree, preferred. AHRI‑CP designation, or nearing completion. Minimum 3 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner role in a professional services or general services organisation. Proven track record of successfully partnering with senior leaders in enabling the operations of a business. Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., BambooHR, UKG, or Workday) and data analysis tools.
