Principal Consultant | Headhunter - Human Resources & Talent Acquisition We’re partnering with a leading Australian organisation undergoing significant transformation, seeking an HR Business Partner to join their evolving People & Culture division. The Opportunity This is a hands‑on delivery role suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, complex environment. You’ll work closely with Associate Directors and Senior Leaders to execute change programs, manage workforce planning, and deliver P&C solutions that align with strategic and operational priorities. Responsibilities Partner with leaders to deliver people projects, org design and run consultations Lead and deliver smaller‑scale change and people initiatives with autonomy Collaborate across Talent, Reward, and ER, to ensure seamless HR delivery Coordinate communication, logistics, and scheduling for programs and events Support the Associate Directors and Senior Directors in day‑to‑day operations Champion process improvement and an exceptional employee experience About You 7–10 years’ HR or business partnering experience within large, dynamic environments Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills A proactive, solutions‑focused mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity Experience leading change and supporting transformation initiatives Confidence working autonomously, coupled with a collaborative approach You’ll be known for your energy, resilience and curiosity, and your ability to deliver with pace while maintaining a people‑first mindset.
