We’re seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our supportive People and Culture team, with the flexibility to work hybridly across both Sydney offices (Artarmon and Silverwater). You’ll partner with leaders to shape impactful people strategies, nurture capability, and foster a workplace where everyone feels valued, empowered, and set up to succeed. In This Role Partner with leaders to deliver an exceptional employee experience across every stage of the journey, from onboarding to development and beyond, helping our people feel supported, connected, and inspired to grow. Provide thoughtful, practical advice on workforce planning, recruitment, and people initiatives that support our ongoing growth and evolving business needs. Contribute to our expanding footprint by fostering connection, alignment, and a strong, unified culture as the business grows. Lead the people side of change initiatives – assess impact, build change readiness, and deliver communication and engagement plans. Guide and coach leaders on performance, learning, and development, while helping to shape policies and frameworks that enable success. Build trusted relationships with external partners to strengthen collaboration and workforce capability. Champion the smart use of our HR systems and data to make processes simpler and insights stronger. About You Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or Business, with proven experience as a Human Resources/People & Culture Business Partner or Senior Advisor, ideally within a blue‑collar environment. Strong capability in partnering with leaders to influence outcomes and support teams through growth, change, and transformation. Exceptional communication and relationship‑building skills, fostering trust, collaboration, and engagement across all levels. Highly organised and detail‑focused, with strong time management and the ability to balance multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion. Proactive and solutions‑focused, demonstrating initiative in identifying opportunities, solving problems, and delivering practical outcomes. Experience with change management in planning, implementing and reinforcing.
