Overview National Account Executive role at Kraft Heinz in Melbourne, Australia. This permanent opportunity sits within the Sales team in a global FMCG environment. Flexible work arrangement – 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Responsibilities Support the National Account Managers in the development and implementation of short- and long-term collaborative business plans. Support the National Account Managers in their weekly financial reporting routine. Manage key weekly and monthly reporting routines for the account team, including tracking Joint Business Plan (JBP) and AOP targets. Manage the claims process for the team, processing weekly outstanding claims and investigating anomalies. Support the build of effective promotional plans and execution, including new line submissions and pricing queries. Leverage category data to generate category sales opportunities through collaboration with the category and marketing teams. Support the National Account Managers to submit a sales forecast along with assumptions for sign-off at monthly demand meetings. About you Previous experience in FMCG sales, category, marketing or relevant account management disciplines highly regarded. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise way. A can-do attitude, with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and support the team. A desire to continuously learn and develop your skills and knowledge. Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and partners. A clear vision for your future career in sales and account management. Tertiary qualifications in Commerce / Business or a related discipline.
