The platform replaces traditional property management systems with a unified, AI powered ecosystem managing payments, operations, compliance, risk, communication, and financial workflows for real estate agencies. With 100+ employees, the company is in a phase of rapid national expansion and scaling its sales organisation. This is a rare opportunity to join a strong team and sell a product already transforming the industry. Role As an Account Executive, you will drive new business growth by selling the company's all in one platform to real estate agencies. You'll combine direct new business sales, relationship management with referral partners, and close collaboration with onboarding teams to ensure a seamless customer journey. Key Responsibilities New Business Sales & Deal Closing Engage agencies (50–5,000 properties) and articulate the platform's value Deliver confident product demonstrations Close deals and coordinate smooth handovers to onboarding teams Participate in events, workshops, webinars, and social media promotion Referral Partnership Management Build and nurture referral partner relationships Leverage Ambassador and Referral Programs to generate qualified leads Maintain a strong, predictable pipeline through partner channels Work closely with onboarding teams for seamless setup Provide operational feedback to improve onboarding processes Maintain meticulous CRM data in HubSpot Follow structured, data driven sales processes Training & Onboarding Product training Industry and competitor landscape Demo framework training Shadowing sessions Live coaching on calls and demos Deal structure guidance Objection handling Territory planning Culture Autonomy + support (no micromanagement) Strong cross team collaboration Flat structure with direct access to leadership Merit based advancement No ego culture Data driven processes and shared learning Team first mindset Success Metrics Properties onboarded Meeting / activity performance Pipeline progression Data hygiene Referral partner engagement quality and consistency Ideal Candidate Proven sales performer with a history of closing Hungry, energetic, competitive, and driven Highly coachable with strong process discipline Strong communicator with ability to engage principals and property managers Data driven; strong CRM discipline Builds rapport quickly Real estate / property background helpful but not essential Comfortable with travel Detail oriented with excellent follow through Collaborative team player with low ego Opportunities Base Salary up to $120,000 + super On Target Earnings up to $200k OTE Car allowance options Hybrid / remote flexibility Direct access to senior leaders High growth environment at an exciting inflection point Why This Role Is Exceptional You’ll sell a market leading, high impact platform Huge, untapped Australian market opportunity Backed by major investment Strong culture, strong leadership, strong team High earning potential with new commission structure Opportunity to shape both the company and your career #J-18808-Ljbffr
