Your new role will be responsible for : Meeting with clients and their families, assessing their needs and building strong connections Conducting in home client care assessments and preparing care plans to best meet client requirements Provision of some nursing care and in‑home care services as needed. Handling information requests, feedback, and general enquiries Scheduling services for our clients by rostering care workers dependent on their qualifications and availability Ensuring all documentation is accurately and comprehensively completed in Right at Home databases and software programs What We Offer : A flexible and inclusive committed to work‑life balance Employee benefits program competitive salary package Opportunities for training and development Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need : A current AHPRA Registration Qualifications in Nursing Highly developed verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational, problem solving and time‑management skills Proficient computing skills Current or willing to obtain Australian National Police Check & Working with Children Check Current or willing to obtain First Aid & CPR certificate Full Driver's license and your own reliable, insured vehicle The right to work in Australia Preferred Skills Sound understanding of the Aged Care and Disability systems Demonstrated experience supporting staff #J-18808-Ljbffr
