Technical Recruiter (Defence Sector) – Brisbane, QLD Apply for the Technical Recruiter (Defence Sector) – Brisbane, QLD role at ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions . ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions is seeking a Technical Recruiter for a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. The role requires an onsite presence 3 days a week in Brisbane, with occasional travel to other client sites and events. In this role you will recruit for technical positions in the Defence sector such as System Engineers, Avionics Engineers, and corporate roles (HR/Finance). Candidates with agency background and strong customer‑service and stakeholder‑management skills typically do well in this role. Required 5 years of full‑life cycle recruiting experience; strong technical recruiting experience; Defence sector preferred but strong engineering recruitment experience acceptable. Be available to commence in mid‑February. This role requires Australian Citizenship due to Defence security clearance requirements. Must be able to obtain and maintain Baseline and NV1 security clearance. Preferred Proven success in agency or high‑volume recruitment environments. Exceptional customer service and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work with speed and responsiveness under tight timelines. Innovative sourcing strategies and creative problem‑solving to identify and attract hard‑to‑find talent. As a Defence security clearance is required for this role, you must be an Australian Citizen. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) are applicable; your nationality may be a factor in determining your suitability. You will also need to satisfy police checks and employment screening verification.
