With five flagship bakery-cafés and a thriving wholesale division supplying hundreds of Victoria’s best cafés, restaurants, hotels, and retailers, we are one of the most respected and fastest-growing bakery brands in the state. The Opportunity We are expanding our wholesale team and are looking for a proven gun salesperson who lives and breathes B2B foodservice/hospitality sales. This is a high-impact role with direct influence on the growth of our wholesale division. Responsibilities Hunting new business and winning major accounts (cafés, restaurants, hotels, provenances, independent grocers, catering companies) Growing and protecting existing key accounts Consistently hitting and exceeding ambitious monthly and quarterly revenue targets Representing Rustica at events, product tastings, and chef/restaurant openings Monitoring competitor activity and identifying new opportunities in the market Preparing professional proposals, tenders, and tailored
