While you are deeply familiar with SAP’s product portfolio and the S/4 platform, your focus will be on the enterprise scope—connecting all surrounding IT solutions, managing dependencies, and ensuring strategic alignment across business and IT. You will guide governance, oversee interconnected projects that impact or are impacted by the S/4 implementation, and help define methodologies that drive efficiency and value across the organization. **Welcome to Enterprise Architecture**You will join a team of 12 highly skilled professionals dedicated to developing Novonesis’ enterprise architecture and ensuring strategic coherence across platforms and processes. You will become part of a collaborative team of enterprise and solution architects, working closely with technical experts and business stakeholders to deliver integrated, high-value solutions. We define methodologies and live by them, ensuring that business needs are met in the best possible way. Collaboration and openness are at the heart of our culture, and we work with agile principles to prioritize and deliver impactful solutions. **In this role you’ll make an impact by:*** Driving enterprise-level architecture decisions that span multiple platforms and business domains* Ensuring strategic alignment between SAP S/4 and surrounding IT solutions* Managing dependencies and risks across interconnected projects* Communicating architecture principles, benefits, and risks to senior stakeholders* Collaborating with business and IT leaders to shape the enterprise roadmap* Promoting reuse of technology platforms and best-practice integration patterns* Maintaining enterprise architecture documentation and governance frameworks **To succeed you must hold:*** At least 5 years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture within a complex IT landscape* Deep understanding of ERP systems, especially SAP S/4 and the broader SAP portfolio* Experience in managing enterprise-level integrations and dependencies across multiple platforms* Familiarity with agile methods and governance frameworks* Experience with GxP and other regulatory compliance and frameworks* Modeling experience in Archimate and BPMN (a strong plus)* Ability to communicate effectively with senior business leaders and technical architects* Full professional proficiency in English* A strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management skills **Location:** Lyngby/Hørsholm, Denmark (Hybrid Remote)**Application deadline:** 11th January, 2026**Contact details:** Claus Møller Jensen, Head of Enterprise Architecture, **Then apply today**At Novonesis we commit to an inclusive recruitment process and equality of opportunity for all our job applicants.
