Location: The Y NSW Double Bay, New South Wales, Australia Customer Service Officer East Gymnastics (powered by The Y) has a fabulous team of qualified coaches who are all passionate about gymnastics, coaching, children and creating a fun. Between us we have vast experience in gymnastics (of course), dance, acrobatics, ballet, circus, movement development, aerials and trampolining. Our custom-built gymnasium in Edgecliff features high ceilings, air conditioning, loads of great equipment, and a comfortable waiting room with viewing windows creating a perfect environment for gymnasts of all ages. Why This Role Matters East Gymnastics is growing fast We’re aiming to increase enrolments to 900 students within 6 months and improve trial conversion rates. To make this happen, we need an extra CSO to support admin and customer service during peak periods, cover staff absences, and help us deliver an exceptional experience for every member.
