Customer Advisor, Leave & Relief - Blacktown, NSW Apply for the Customer Advisor, Leave & Relief role at NAB. This part‑time position is based in our Blacktown Branch and supports other Western Sydney branches. Hours 5 days per week: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 9:00 am – 4:15 pm; Thursday 9:00 am – 5:15 pm. The first 12 weeks will require full‑time availability for training and onboarding at the Blacktown Branch. Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact at Inner Western Sydney branches. Assist customers with account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions. Ensure a seamless, consistent and tailored experience for every customer. Demonstrate and promote NAB’s Smarter Banking options (self‑service and digital). Undertake ongoing training and development to enhance your career. Qualifications A passion for delivering an amazing customer experience and a commitment to quality. Collaboration, self‑motivation and energy to create a signature customer experience. A keen eye for detail ensuring accurate transaction completion. Appreciation for inclusion and diversity of customers. Willingness to upskill and pursue career development opportunities with NAB. Travel & Compensation Travel required between Blacktown and other branches (Auburn, Penrith, Cabramatta, Fairfield, Merrylands, Parramatta, Parramatta Westfield, Seven Hills, St Marys and Wetherill Park).
